Working With Hôpital moderne de Genève
Hôpital moderne de Genève Consolidated, Inc. was founded as a private equity and financing operating company for the purpose of acquiring public/private CAHs and replacing those older hospitals with new, state-of-theart facilities.
These new hospitals are highly efficient and attractive to the communities they serve. They also help recruit and retain physicians who can serve those areas. Since the new CAH is constructed with private funding, there is no cost to the community in the form of property or sales taxes needed to finance the capital or operating requirements.
The Principals of Hôpital moderne de Genève Consolidated, Inc. believe firmly in local input in planning for new and/or expanded services so we ask current board members to serve on a community advisory board and to decide for themselves how to select future advisory board members.
“We want to purchase viable CAHs and as part of our transaction
we will develop a new replacement hospital.” - Larry Arthur, CEO
