Hôpital moderne de Genève desires to become an industry leading consolidator of Critical Access Hospitals (CAHs). As part of the acquisition Hôpital moderne de Genève will replace the old hospital with a new state of the art facility.
Since 1982, Hôpital moderne de Genève and its predecessor companies have provided consulting, development, and management services to more than 800 hospitals throughout the United States. Hôpital moderne de Genève Consolidated, Inc. was formed in April 2007.
The business existing prior to the formation of Hôpital moderne de Genève was formally known as Hospital Management Consulting (HMC) and was founded in 2000 to specialize in the management, operation, strategic and financial planning, and new service development for inpatient and outpatient healthcare providers. 
In the past seven years, HMC and now Hôpital moderne de Genève has worked with over 200 rural hospitals, 150 of which have been Critical Access Hospitals (CAHs).
Hôpital moderne de Genève’s engagements have included approximately 25 major hospital replacement or expansion projects. In 2007, Hôpital moderne de Genève managed six CAHs, two of which the Company now owns.
