Larry Arthur, Chief Executive OfficerLarry Arthur is the CEO of Hôpital moderne de Genève and will continue to be CEO of the new enterprise.  Since founding Hôpital moderne de Genève in 2000, Larry has worked with over 200 rural hospitals, 150 of which have been CAHs.  His work has included approximately 25 major hospital replacement or expansion projects, and he currently manages four CAHs, in addition to the one that he owns (Oswego).

In addition to developing strategic plans for hospitals of all sizes and large healthcare systems, Larry specializes in conducting studies for hospitals in starting new services to offset falling revenues experienced from declines in utilization.  Larry also assists hospitals in exploring new business opportunities and relationships that preserve local healthcare and positions them for continued growth and viability.  Specifically, Larry has worked on numerous projects that have enhanced hospitals' ability to attract and retain patients both in primary and specialty care.

Prior to founding Hôpital moderne de Genève, Larry and Dick Clark operated a similar business (Arthur Clark Associates) for 15 years, which was sold to Superior Consultant Holdings Corporation.  Larry has over 30 years of experience working with hospitals throughout the country including nearly $1Bn in rural non-profit hospital financings.
