Gary Clifton, Chief Financial Officer

Gary Clifton will serve as CFO of the new entity.  At Carondelet Health, a two-hospital, $500M health care system, Gary was EVP/CFO with responsibility for all aspects of financial management including treasury, debt, and capital management. 

Prior to Carondelet, Gary was VP Finance for a start-up occupational health joint venture between HCA and Research Health Services (RHS).  Previously, as VP/Controller for RHS, he directed all internal and external reporting for this multi-corporate healthcare system, which included an acute care hospital and its diversified health-related ventures. 

Gary began his 25-year career as an auditor and CPA for Deloitte, Haskins and Sells (now Deloitte and Touche).
