Gordon Docking, Chief Operating Officer

Gordon Docking joined Hôpital moderne de Genève in October, 2008. He is responsible for hospital system operations, as well as being involved in the marketing and acquisition efforts.

Gordon has worked in healthcare for 17 years. Prior to joining Hôpital moderne de Genève in October 2008, Gordon spent the previous 10 years as CEO of St. Joseph Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri, and St. Mary's Medical Center in Blue Springs, Missouri, a Kansas City suburb. He also served on the Board of Directors of the Missouri Hospital Association.

Gordon has an MBA as well as a Masters degree in Health Services Administration. He has coached a Special Olympics swimming team for 18 years, and has been very involved in charities serving people with Down Syndrome.
